Combine Training & Testing*

For Players and parents who are interested in receiving combine training and testing, there are a few limited opportunities throughout the year to be trained and tested by certified coaches. Certified combine testing is important for players who are developing a sports profile and interested in playing college football.

Blue-Grey Combine

Regional Combine held at various locations around the country Jan-May. Cost approximately $135. Registration is usually end of the Dec for the following spring. Tested in the 40 yard dash, Bench Press (185 lbs x reps), standing broad jump, and 20 yard shuttle.

VTO Football Combine

“Is open to all offensive and defensive positions rising 9th grade to 12th grade.  These one day events consist of (pre-training and), combine testing, (40, Bench Press, Vertical Jump, Shuttle). In addition to the one field testing and training the athletes will receive a combine compression shirt, and a combine head shot they can download and use for promotional purposes. VTO Sports Combines are conducted by trained and certified coaches to ensure top notch instruction.” http://vtosports.publishpath.com/

“The VTO Football Combine T3 Method has trained over 5,000 students across the country… Our unique methods  First we TEACH the correct skills/form for standard combine tests. Then we TEST to see where you excel and where you need more training then we TEACH again to see those skills improve and give you advice for training.   • Qualify for a chance to compete in the VTO Sports Elite 100.
