BOYS LACROSSE CLINICS 

NVHAA will be fielding a high school boys lacrosse team in Spring 2025. In preparation for the team, several Lacrosse Interest Meetings & Clinics have been scheduled. Clinics will provide an introduction to the sport of lacrosse, allow athletes and parents to meet coaches and staff, and provide training in preparation for a Spring 2025 Season working through drills, stick handling, and player and team development.

Player Eligibility: homeschooled boys ages 14-18 years
Clinic Dates: Sat, 18 May, 12-2 pm, Fri, 24 May, 5-6:45 pm, Sat, 7, 21 Sept, 9-11 am

Where: Field behind the Rock Building, Manassas Baptist Church, 8730 Sudley Rd, Manassas, VA 20110
Cost: Free
Misc: Lacrosse is a contact sports. Please bring water bottle, mouth peice.. if you have your own equipment, please bring. (Shoulder pads, gloves, elbow pads, stick and helmet). We will likely go with only stick, helmet, and gloves to start until players get comfortable passing and catching. Lacrosse cleats are the same as football or soccer cleats. Dress to be outside and running (shorts and shirt or sweatshirt). We will practice in the rain.
