The NVHAA Centurions is an all-volunteer organization that takes leadership seriously. All coaches, staff, and individuals in a leadership position are required to fill out a Leadership Application, sign a Statement of Faith, provide personal references, and undergo a background check. All of which are reviewed by the Board of Directors for approval.
